The purpose of the work: increase in quality of the information-computer servicing. Developed have been the conception of the processing system of economic and technological information in the computer structure, the model of binding processes and construction of the technology on the User problems, the algorithm of the technological processes formation according to the problems of the User, the recommendations on the distribution and utilization of computer structures resources, on the complex of the software on the design and binding of the technological processes of the Users to the industry information technology.
