The aim is to develop the evaluation methods of the energy losses caused by an use of GAW devices in the bandwidth information transmission systems and to reveal the ways of their decrease. The mathematical model of GAW devices has been developed, the analysis methods of the devices for formation and processing of the different type GAW noise-similar signals have been proposed. The methods permitting in the design stage to evaluate quantitatively the energy losses caused by an use of the GAW devices have been developed, and also the ways of their decrease have been revealed.
