The development of effective algorithms for the model time synchronization at the realization of models of complex systems on transputer nets is the aim of the paper. As a result realization principles for conservative algorithms of the distributed modelling on transputer nets have been suggested. Asymptotical estimations of the time and communication complexity of synchronous conservative algorithms have been obtained. Four algorithms of the distributed modelling have been developed as well as the program module library for the model design.
