Development and investigation of analysis and calculation methods for indexes and models of synthesis for flexible industrial system (fis) design

Design and investigation systems of flexible automated productions are considered in the paper aiming at the development of the structural-parametrical synthesis system applicationly to the FIS design on the base of original analytical-imitation procedures for the calculation and investigation of system indexes and new algorithms of the arrangement. As a result the complex approach, containing new models and methods of the system index calculation (technical-economic, reliability and flexibility) and arrangement original algorithms, increasing the FIS reliability, has been suggested. The software for the calculation and investigation of system indexes, used in the design of flexible parts of mechanoprocessing and production lines of assembly and mounting of control low-voltage complect devices has been created. Flexible automated device (FAD) design systems of assembly and mounting production lines have been introduced into operation in some plants and firms of Irkutsk and Angarsk.
