A*993B*995 solid solutions, A*993B*995 heterostructures, phase boundaries, heteroepitaxy from the liquid phase, optical properties of A*993B*995 are considered in the paper aiming at the investigation and generalization of physical-chemical laws of the semiconducting heterostructure formation on the base of A*993B*995 multicomponent systems from the liquid phase. The development of mathematical models for the calculation of structure parameters and technological regimes of their obtaining is also the aim of the paper.
