The investigation of the laser radiation absorption in homogeneous and heterogeneous light absorbing and scattering media is the aim of the paper as well as the investigation of particular features of the ultrasound damping in relaxing and scattering media for the study of the condensed media structure. As a result in has been shown, that the form of a wide-band pulse of shift acoustic waves at the transformation of a longitudinal wave pulse on the "liquid - solid body" separation boundary depends on an angle of the longitudinal wave fall.
