Hybrids of transition metals and high temperature superconductors are investigated in the paper aiming at the model development and the superconductivity theory construction for superconductors with the strong anharmonicity of a grill. As a result properties of superconductors with the anharmonicity have been described in frameworks of the united approach. The explanation of the abnormal behaviour of an isotopic effect in alloys of transition metal hybrids has been given for the first time.
