Subject of investigation: field of the wave of a low-frequency sound and an acoustic pulse. Purpose of the work: influence of the stratification of the atmosphere bottom layer and underlying ground surface on the field of the wave of the low-frequency sound and acoustic pulse. The work provides an experimental confirmation of the wave theory. New results are obtained on the attenuation of the low-frequency waves for various types of the stratification of the atmosphere bottom layer. Studied are the laws of distortion of the shape and duration of the pulse depending on the direction of propagation, distance to the source and stratification of the atmosphere boundary layer.
