The investigation is concerned with short-period variations of parameters of F2-region of ionosphere under various heliogeophysical conditions. The aim to be attained is study of effects of influence of solar flares on F2-region of ionosphere of transient latitudes. The methods of investigation and equipment include quasi-vertical sensing of ionosphere using multifrequency Doppler technique; automated multifrequency receiving-transmitting complex for measurement of Doppler shieft of frequency of radio waves reflected from ionosphere. A possibility of prompt diagnostics and short-term prediction of appearence and evoluation of active formations on the Sun based on the results of the ground Doppler measurements of short-period variations of p...
