The investigation of the problem, which types of the qualitative behaviour are possible in the considered models of vibration chemical reactions and the functioning of hierarchical systems and how do they depend on parameters, is the aim of the paper as well as the investigation of the problem, what is the accuracy of results, obtained with the help of cell automatons at the modelling of diffusion processes and how is the "automaton algorithm" for the solution of similar problems corresponding to traditional methods.
