The statistical theory development of the X-ray dynamic scattering on the base of equations of Daison and Bete-Solpiter is the aim of the paper. The sequent two-beam statistical theory of the X-ray dynamic scattering in disordered monocrystals with a disorder of shift type, representing the general formalism expansion of the radiation wave diffraction in disordered mediums has been developed. The results obtained give the possibility of the theoretical and experimental investigation development of the crystal structural perfection on the base of the rate distribution analysis of the coherent and diffuse scattering. Coefficients of the reflection from crystals with a one-dimensional disorder have been calculatedAvailable from VNTIC / VNTIC -...
