High temperature superconductors ErBa321Cu331O3x1, DyBa321Cu331O3x1, Bi321CaSr321Cu321O3x1 are considered in the paper aiming at the investigation of the conduction anisotropy, magnetoresistance, current critical density and relaxation effects. As a result the relaxation logarithmic dependence of the Bi321CaSr321Cu321O3x1 monocrystal magnetic moment has been established. The improved methodology of the critical current anisotropy determination has been suggested and realized.
