The aim is to develop the technique of diagnostics of scattering laser plasma, to measure values of plasma density and temperature at different distances from the target, to study regularities of changing plasma parameters during scattering, as well as recombination processes in plasma. Numerical calculations of hydrogen-like ion states populations in laser plasma are given. It is shown that three-particle recombination is a dominant recombination process in laser plasma at distances of 1 cm from the target.
