The determination of main characteristics (energy of activation and recombination of hydrogen atoms, coefficients of radical recombination on a polymer and etc.) of the heterogeneous process course in a glow discharge in mixtures of inert gas with hydrogen and methane is the aim of the paper. As a result the quantitative model of the mechanism of hydrogen atom recombination on a polymer surface in a discharge has been developed. The experimental plant for the investigation of heterogeneous processes in a glow discharge has been createdAvailable from VNTIC / VNTIC - Scientific & Technical Information Centre of RussiaSIGLERURussian Federatio
