The ridberg model, the model of the two-level atom and the Dicke's model are considered in the paper aiming at the investigation of a hydrogen atom in a constant electromagnetic field, the two-level atom and the system of two-level atoms, interacting with a quantum external field on the base of the operator method use. As a result energy spectrums of the hydrogen atom, being in various configurations of constant electric and magnetic fields on the whole range of field amplitudes have been obtained for the first time. The exact solution of Schrodinger's equation for the two-level atom, interacting with a one-mode quantum field has been also obtained as well as energy spectrums in the Dicke's one-mode model with arbitrary dimensions of the at...
