The paper is concerned with a monochromatic electromagnet field appeared in the result of the plane E-polarized wave scattering on different cylindrical structures. The purpose of the work is to develop an effective method to solve problems of wave diffraction on lattices with the arbitrary section and to construct numerical algoritms on its basis for solving of some tasks of the radiophysics. A method of the regularization of integral equations of the first type, which are equivalent to the diffraction tasks to be solved and a number of numerical algorithms have been developed, that permits for the first time to perform a theoretical ans numerical investigation of some problems of the radiophysics.
