The new composite deemuilsifiers on base of the industrial non-ionogenic block-sopolymers and production waste possessing the high deemuilsifying effeciency and reducing the viscosity of the oil emulsions have been developed. The regularities of changing surface-active substances upon the constitution of the compositions have been determined. It has been determined that at dewatering of the oil emulsions in the certain correlation range of the components the deemulsifying action synergism of the developed composite deemulsifiers has been stipulated with the extreme change of the surface-active properties.
