The salts of the alkali metals (Na*002SO*004, Na*003PO*004, Na*002CO*003, KCl, NaCl) and teflon have been investigated. The aim is to investigate the unequilibrium and non-stationary processes in the atomic hydrogen - adcorbed layer - solid body systems. The influence of the adsorbed H*002O and O*002 molecules on the recombination rate of the H atoms and efficiency of the unequilibrium desorption as a result of the energy transfer from short-excitated molecules of the hydrogen into the adsorbed layer has been discovered. The kinetic models have been proposed, and the numerical modelling has been carried out. A number of the constants in the investigated system has been determined firstly.
