The model and method for numerical investigation of the dynamics and dynamic failure of the composites have been developed, the new approach to the construction of the characteristic form equations for dynamics of the continuous media has been proposed. The new problem on the dynamics of the linear-elastic piece-homogeneous cylinders have been solved analytically. The algorithmic base of the characteristic finite-difference circuits in the different points of the composites has been created.
