There the study objects are TiAl and Ti*003Al aluminides of titanium. The mechanical tests, the translucent and scanning electron microscope, the optic microscopy, the X-ray diffraction analysis have been taken place. The connection between the microstructure, the deformation mechanism and the stress-strain properties of titanium aluminides over the wide temperature range has been ascertained for the first time; the principles to rise the plasticity of these intermetallides by the control over their microstructure have been developed on this basis.
