COMPREHENSIVE STUDY, DEVELOPMENT OF ENERGY-SAVING AND ECOLOGIGALLY-OUTLOOK THERMAL PROCESSES

There the study objects are the high-temperature systems of ferrous metallurgy as the steel-rolled stock, of heat-and-power engineering as the generating unit operating with the solid fuel. The engineering design procedure of thermal process has been created, the integrated system as the steel-rolled stock on the basis of non-linear simulators of thermal processes has been optimized for the first time. Three-dimensional structure of turbulent and radiant flows in the vortical furnace has been studied by means of joint physical and computing experiment. The ecologically-acceptable and economically-perfect processes for the datum systems of steel-rolled stock and of coal generating unit have been developed for the first time on the principles of continuity and isolation.
