The electric-charged gyrostat in the superposition of fields is investigated. The aim of the work is to establish the stability region of charged body permanent rotation in the superposition of the Newton and electromagnetic fields. In the first time the existance conditions and locus of permanent rotation axes in investigated object have been discovered. In the first time the mass variability of charged body is taken into consideration.
