The work covers the development of methods of information contents analysis and methods of optimization of interpretation procedures of optical data on the basis of utilization of asymptotic of statistical estimation. Methods of analysis of information contents of the initial data, taking into account the contribution of a priory estimation, have been developed. Optimized iteration methods for solving linear inverse problems of diffusion of light have been suggested. Schemes for optimization of intricate optical experiments have been offered. Algorithms for optical data processing within the framework of laser diffraction spectroscopy method have been developed.
