Subject of inquiry: water clasters with the size of up to 10,000 molecules/cluster. The aim of the work is experimental-design investigation of clusters formation processes in supersonic jet and their ionization in collisions with electrons and hard surface. New data on gas condensation under the conditions of dilation into vacuum have been received. Mechanisms of new effects - water clusters ionization by surface and electron-induced microions ejection from clusters have been estabilshed. There have been obtained beams of water clusters with wide range of dimensions. A model of collision ionization of water clusters has been suggested.
