Parameters of the Au self-diffusion and heterodiffusion in nanocrystalline Ni have been obtained in the paper. The data, confirming the diffusion claster model in nanocrystalline nickel, have been also obtained. The method of the absorbing anodic dissolution as the new variant of the method of the layer removal for the determination of diffusion parameters has been developed.
