Defects in rigid bodies are considered in the paper aiming at the theoretical investigation of the behaviour for longitudinal defects in crystals under non-equilibrium conditions. As a result the Pajerls secondary barrier value for dislocation excessive bend has been calculated. The closed system of non-linear equations for a crystal with dislocations with the account of dissipative processes has been found. The instability of the dislocation form at its motion in a crystal, strongly oversaturated by holes, has been detected and investigatedAvailable from VNTIC / VNTIC - Scientific & Technical Information Centre of RussiaSIGLERURussian Federatio
