Non-linear physical systems are considered in the paper aiming at the chaos investigation in dynamics of Schrodinger's solitons, fields of Young-Mills, brizers of sine-Gordon and heteropolar moleculas. As a result the stability and stochasticity of reduced Schrodinger's solitons, fields of Young-Mills-Higgs, a speed of the diffusion dissociation of a hetropolar molecula have been investigated. Recommendations for the optimization of transmission characteristics of fibrous-optic communication lines, noise parameters, devices on Josephson's contacts have been given.
