Crystals of germanium-silicon, alloyed by copper have been investigated in the paper. As a result relationships, describing laws of the modification of an energy spectrum of copper acceptor states in germanium-silicon crystals with compound and connection energies of impurity states of substituting atoms of copper in silicon have been obtained. The data obtained show the application possibility of crystals, alloyed by copper, as sensors of infra-red radiation and also as temperature-sensitive elements. The paper results may find their field of application in semiconducting electronicsAvailable from VNTIC / VNTIC - Scientific & Technical Information Centre of RussiaSIGLERURussian Federatio
