The creation of a grouping constant system for the calculation of heat release from the interaction of neutrons with a matter is the aim of the paper. During the investigation kinematic methods of the analysis and description of nuclear reactions have been used. As a result the interaction of neutrons with light nuclei on the base of the physical modelling has been investigated. The new estimation of neutron data for five light isotopes, power characteristics in reactions of the fission of actinoids by neutrons has been represented. The library of grouping data about power emission for 122 nuclides has been created. Files for the neutron data estimated have been put down into BROD.
