An eutectic mixture of liquid crystals is considered in the paper aiming at the investigation of the influence of temperature and pressure on the orientation relaxation in liquid crystals. As a result an experimental plant for the investigation of acoustic properties of liquid crystals in variable magnetic fields has been developed and created. The temperature dependence of the time of the orientation relaxation is described by the law of Arrenius with the activation energy, not depending on temperature. The pressure increase leads to the exponential growth of the time of the orientation relaxation with the degree index coefficient, having the sense of a free molar volume.
