The purpose of the work: widening the existing and the development and investigation of the new methods for increase of the accuracy characteristics of the optico-television range finders, the improvement of its automation level, spreading the application field. Developed has been the new correlation interpolation algorithm of estimation of the linear parallax with the analysis of its efficiency on the mathematical model, the new method of the invariant conjugation of PES with OS.
