Quantum systems are considered in the paper aiming at the investigation of some general theoretical problems of the J-matrix formalism and its application to the description of concrete atomic and nuclear processes. As a result parametrical formulae for resonances have been obtained in frameworks of the J-matrix formalism. The effective method for the low-energy scattering has been constructed. The classifaction of SU(p,1), SO(3,1) group representations by the method of projective operators has been held. Positions of S-matrix poles have been calculated.
