The investigation of dynamic and statistical properties of atomic and field subsystems in processes of the interaction of atoms with a quantum field of radiation is the aim of the paper. As a result the effect of collapse and restoration of Rabi's oscillations of new type has been forecasted. The strengthening possibility of the light compression by an atom in a resonator has been shown for the first time.
