The monocrystals of solid solutions of the system Sb321S331 -Sb321Se331 and SbSI were investigated with the aim of determination of peculiarities of phase transitions and other related phenomena in new ferroelectrics-semiconductors on the basis of antimony chalcogenides and with the aim ofstudy of various external factors impact on phase transitions in order to detect physical mechanisms of the investigated phenomena and to find new applicationsfor the crystals in technology. As a result for the first time the ferroelectrical phase transitions were detected in the crystals of the system Sb321S331 - Sb321Se331.
