The object to be attained is study of the effect of dissipative effects on the dynamics of electromagnetic waves in plasma and nonhomogeneity on parametric excitation of ionic cyclotronic oscillations and nonlinear phenomena in resonance areas. The existence of branches of the surface magnetohydrodynamic waves in plasma with a nonhomogeneous transfer layer has been predicted, their nonlinear dynamics has been studied.
