The investigation is concerned with proton and electron components of galactic space rays. The aim to be attained is development of the theory of acceleration and propagation of galactic space rays. Methods of investigation cover the analytical and numeric solution of equations of nonlinear theory of plasma describing processes of propagation and acceleration of high energy particles, application of these solutions for interpretation of the observed data on space rays. The theory of self-matched interaction of relativistic particles with MGD turbulence under conditions of space plasma on a basis of which it has been possible to solve a problem of propagation of galactic space rays has been developed.
