The work covers the development of calibrating-covariant quasi-classical kinetic approach to the description of quark-gluon plasma evolution, and the investigation of dynamic two-stream plasma evolution, and the investigation of dynamic two-stream instabilities (filamentation) on its basis for the analysis of processes connected with the formation of quark-gluon plasma. Collisions integrals for quark-gluon plasma have been obtained taking account of the dynamics of colour degrees of freedom. A possibility of real development of filamentation in quark-gluon plasma within the nucleon-nucleon collision process has been investigated.
