Quasihydrodynamic modelling of submicrone semiconductor structures and algorithms of its parallel realization

The work is concerned with an electronic-hole plasma of submicrone semiconductor structures. The purpose of the paper is to develop algorithms of a numerical solution of quasihydrodynamic model of the electronic-hole plasma, including designed for the effective multi-processor realization in the systems with a distributed memory. A number of the numerical solution problems of the task which models the electronic-hole plasma in the quasohydrodynamic approach has been developed (monotonic difference schemes have been constructed, non-linear boundary conditions of the third type have been offered, algorithms of numerical solution of equations system have been developed). As a practic result and advantage, a complex of programmes for calculations of spaceone-dimensional and two-dimensional (diode and transistor) structures has been developed, including that one designed for parallel computer systems.
