The investigation is concerned with superfluid He-3-type Fermi liquid. The aim of the work is to study a spectrum of collective excitations in superfluid phases of helium-3 in the external electric and magnetic fields. The spectrum of collective excitations has been first calculated. The influence of the electric field on a spectrum in B-phase has been studied. The results obtained give a possibility of interpreting ultrasound experiments in superfluid helium-3.
