The new methods for extrapolation of the vibrational-rotational levels in the two-atomic molecules, method of the continual integration for direct calculation of the statistical sum of the two-atomic molecule through potential of the intra-atomic interaction have been developed. The program-information complex providing the functioning of the data bank IVTANTERMO has been created. The different procedures of spreading data about thermodynamical properties of the individual substances have been developed and realized: on magnetic carriers, over communication lines and by means of the programs for personal computers.
