The following methods and devices have been used: laser mass-spectroscopy, laser samling in inert gas flow, chromatographic separation, determination by means of solid-electrolyte cell: mass-spectrometers MSKh-5, IPDO-2, MKh 7904 A. Two basic schemes of performing the local analysis have been created and investigated: laser sampling in vacuum with mass-spectral indication of gas-forming impurities and laser sampling in inert gas flow with chromatographic separation and indication by means of solid-electrolyte cell.
