The new phase-sensitive method for analysis of the structure in the near-surface layers, based on the three-wave diffraction has been propossed and realized. The behaviour of the wave fields and output of the wave radiations in the crystal at multiwave diffraction for reflection has been firstly studied theoretically and experimentally, the multiwave modification of the method of standing X-ray waves has been developed. The practical application of the multiwave method modification of standing X-ray waves for two-dimensional localization of the atoms near surface has been demonstratedAvailable from VNTIC / VNTIC - Scientific & Technical Information Centre of RussiaSIGLERURussian Federatio
