Subject of inquiry is non-steady optical processes in high- and low-temperature plasma. The aim of the work is the efficient algorithm development, carrying out numerical experiments in order to investigate refraction and absorption in plasma within a wide range of parameters. Non-steady optical effects (absorption and refraction) in low-temperature plasma, originated by pulse emission of carbon dioxide laser, have been investigated for the first time. A new technique for the solution of geometrical optics equations has been elaborated. Program parts concerning studying of high- and low-temperature plasma dynamics were revised and developed.
