The system of nuclear magnetic moments (spins) of crystals was investigated with the aim of expansion of possibilities of the nuclear magnetic resonance method in the investigation of solid bodies by means of further development of this theory. As a result the closed dynamic theory of paramagnetic on large scale lattice was developed and the singularities of the spin correlation functions were discovered. For the systems with slow random nucleus mobility a theory of averages was developed. The dependances between the relaxation speed and the nucleus mobility were also discovered.
