The aim of the work is a detailed theoretical study of diffusion processes for vacancies and analysis of their effect on generation, growth, dissolving of dislocations, on variation of the material dislocation structure. A very important fact of a sharp variation of the dislocation structure in near-surface layers of materials is shown. The relationship between a variation of the vacancy system and a variation of the dislocation structure is first analyzed. On the basis of the results received one can predict a change of mechanical properties of materials under operating conditions with cyclic loadingAvailable from VNTIC / VNTIC - Scientific & Technical Information Centre of RussiaSIGLERURussian Federatio
