Three-dimensional laminar and turbulent flows of viscous fluid, flows of heat conductive gas in circular channels, schemes for their calculation have been considered in the paper. As a result an algorithm of the boundary condition construction for a system of Navier - Stoks equations with the increase of the calculation accuracy has been developed. An application method of the universal law of the speed distribution has been substantiated.
