Steady-state vibrations of plane electroelastic waves are investigated in the paper aiming at the method development of boundary integral equations and boundary elements applicationly to vibrations of plane elecroelastic bodies with a partially electrode boundary. As a result representations of fundamental solutions for a plane electroelastic medium have been constructed. The corresponding boundary integral equations have been formulated. Methods of boundary elements for a new class of problems of vibrations of electroelastic bodies of a non-canonical form have been developed.
