THE BASES OF CREATING THE OPERATING ORGANS OF THE BUCKET-TYPE LOADING MACHINES WITH THE AUTOMATIC CUTTING OF THE MOUNTAIN MASS

The purpose of the work: creation of the experimental equipment of the cutting process control, justification of the field of application and technico-economic indicators. The analysis of the results of the previous investigations of the loading machines, the methods and devices of the loading control, earth-moving and transport machines and excavators has been performed, the mathematical model of the cutting trajectory design, the experimental investigation of the interaction process of the bucket with the mountain mass of the different size has been developed. The methods of the rational cutting trajectory parameters design have been offered, the power characteristics of the bucket and rock mass interaction, the laws of the buckets filling, have been established, the bases of control and constructing of the automated loading organs have been developed. The possibility of the rock mass cutting process automatic control has been determined; the design methods of the hydraulic regulators and basic parameters of the automated loaders have been developed; the experimental batch of the cutting process control electroni equipment has been manufactured. The equipment has been tested on the loading machines with remote control. The requirement of automation of rock mass cutting by the bucket of the loading-transport machine has been written in GOST 26916-86.
