The problems on the diffraction of the harmonic wave fields on the wedge and related geometric structures at complex boundary conditions have been considered. The diffraction problem which has been reduced to the synonymous-solved linear integral equations with non-special nuclei has been formulated correctly. Its accurate and approximate solutions in the different space regions have been obtained and investigated: near wedge, in intermediate and remote zones. The new methods for solution of the diffraction problems in the wedge-similar regions which modify the classic Kontorovich - Lebedev, Wiener - Hopf - Fock, Maluzhinets - Tuzhilin methods have been developed.
