SPECTROSCOPY OF SUPERCOOLED PLASMA AND PLASMA LASERS

There the optic and electrokinetic properties of recombination non-equilibrium plasma have been studied in view to expesure of formation mechanisms of supercooled plasma as the acve medium of plasma lasers. The study set which was connected with the development of excitation systems of plasma during its scattering and in the charges of beam type, with the optic diagnostics of characteristics, with the theoretical and experimental simulation of processes in the active media and with the creation of new lasers, has been realized. The physical mechanisms, the conditions of formation of supercooled plasma have been ascertained; the range of characteristics, which is optimum to create the active media, has been determined. The Penning's mechanism of formation of inversion in the plasma laser has been verified by experiment. The quasi-stationary generation in the new lines of atoms of helium and neon in the visible field of spectrum has been obtained. The formation mechanism of wide-band radiation in the helium spectrum, which consists in the formation of excited molecular systems in the supercooled plasma, has been ascertained.
